3M Smart Room Air Purifier
CREATIVE DIRECTION, ART DIRECTION, DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, ANIMATION, TEXTURING & LIGHTING, COMPOSITING
We were tasked to create a full CGI environment showcasing the air filtration process of the Filtrete™ Smart Room Air Purifier. Filtrete™ air filters are pleated with an electrostatic charge that binds particles to a larger surface area resulting in cleaner air. The Smart Room Air Purifier detects allergens and other unwanted particles and automatically begins to clean the air.
Particle Development
Particles were designed using real-world microscopic references. The aim was to create a particle world that was artistic and clean.
Air-Flow Development
Used X-Particles to create air flow and the Redshift object tag for shading.
Smart Room Air Purifier + Filter
C4D's fields system and Redshift's noise generators were the perfect tools to visualize the power of Mevalonic Acid's ability to restore youthful looking skin.
